摘要:The purpose of this lecture is to review some basic facts in classical complex function theory. It is for the convenience of the readers who have already been familiar with the notions of analytic functions and analytic continuation besides calculus on manifolds. After recalling the elementary materials as the integral formulas, we shall sketch several innovating results in modern function theory and have a quick review of Weyl’s method of orthogonal decomposition, with a complete proof, to prove nonconstant meromorphic functions on Riemann surfaces. Based on this result, we shall present an approach by the L^2 method to the classical theorems of Mittag-Leffler and Weierstrass generalized on Riemann surfaces.
